"Great value for your money. Hotel was clean, maybe a little worn in spots, but nothing that impacted our stay. It's not at the same level as a Marriott or Hilton, but given the location, was well worth it. Price included parking and continental breakfast. Staff was friendly. If you're trying to visit Asheville on a budget, this is a good option."

"Kaitlyn was welcoming and took extra steps to make it a wonderful place to stay over night or two weeks. . Cute rooms with everything to stay several days. I appreciates that they were housing storm victims. Food and drinks were available for those in need. I would definitely return!! "

"We stayed at the Haywood Park Hotel two days before Hurricane Helene's destructive path caused catastrophic damage to lovely Asheville. Our stay was wonderful. Our room (more like an apartment!) was incredible. "I walked in (no advance reservation). Was quickly registered and room was neat and clean. Reported a broken security door. Front clerk seemed concerned and wrote down my report. Left early the next morning so have no idea how quickly or if any action was taken. "

"We stayed in what may have been the last night of the hotel. Helene came through the very next night and did a dance on Ashville. We hope the staff are all safe and that of their families. The hotel was first rate. Highly recommend it if it survived."
