"It is a lovely, secluded property that could accommodate us all. It was well-appointed, including everything one might need. Check in and check out were easy, and the host responds quickly. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and this is listed with a pool--it actually has a small cool/cold spring-fed "hole" (maybe 7'x7')--if you go in, I recommend shoes, the silt is a little unnerving. "

"This trip could not have been any better! The house was clean with the perfect layout for our group. Everyone enjoyed the farm tour and smores party, seeing and meeting all the animals, watching the piglets, holding baby chicks etc. There is so much room outside to explore and play. Itā€™s so peaceful, none of us really wanted to go home. Kids are already planning our next visit. "

"This fabulous home has everything you could ever want or need for celebrating a family reunion! Our group ranged from 3-93 yrs of age and everyone had a fun yet relaxing time. Mary and Quint are gracious hosts and made us feel like we had come home. The home is beautiful, the grounds filled with goats and sheep and two very friendly dogs. "We (2 seniors and 3 girls - 5 to 11) had the BEST week at the Farm Barn. We were enchanted with the baby pigs and goats, the swing was a huge hit and Farmer Steve was patient and allowed the girls to help him. We will never forget our week. Thank you. It was hot part of the week and not having A/C made it sticky but it truly was the only negative. And we would not have traded the experience."

"This house is in a great location, 10 minutes from downtown near the river. As of our stay (end of Dec 2024), there is still damage in the neighborhood from the hurricane. There were trees down on the side of the road, and we had to drive under a power line held up by a wooden stick balanced on the pavement. The house itself had no obvious damage, and was a great place to stay. The living room couch had one side that was hard to sit on due to the springs wearing out, but was comfortable...
