"It was okay for just me, not really poor, but a litlte below average. The windows were open when I got to my room and they would not shut all the way. There was 1/2 inch gap where the window didn't shut and they just wouldn't budge to close all the way. The vent in the bathroom was falling down and it exposed dirt, dust, and who knows what else clogging the vent. There were crumbs on the floor and dirt on both of the chairs at the mini-table. The tub was just a little dirty, but it was okay...

"This is such a unique property! The entrance is in an old church right along the canal. You can walk everywhere. The stadium and shopping are .8 of a mile away. It’s quiet, modern and clean. Great hotel. "

"In terms of a budget-friendly stay, this place worked just fine. There are areas of the room and common areas that need repair or updating, but everything was good enough. There were some small stains on sheets/carpets/furniture, but everything seemed clean. There isn't much for breakfast option variety, but there was something to eat each morning. You aren't shopping at this price point for a ton of awesome amenities; if you just want a quiet place to stay that's easy to get to and staffed...

"The hotel was easy to find, a good price, the guy at the front desk was very nice! It was very dated though, the phone in our room was extremely dirty and the only numbers on the actual phone were 9, 6, 5. At that point, I would just take it out the room. The lights in the entry way didn’t work. It needs a good cleaning and vacuuming! It was also crazy to me that there wasn’t an elevator in a 2 story hotel. "Construction from 8am - 8pm is a bit of a bummer. Woke up to loud banging around 8am each day. Otherwise it is a nice, clean, and comfortable stay. I would stay again - after construction is finished."

"They have remodeled and it’s absolutely beautiful!! Rooms are clean love the barn door for the bathroom Will definitely be where we stay every time . The front desk clerk was awesome done his job very well! Definitely 10 outta 10"
