Convenient to car park for the airport. Rooms were clean and comfy. Has a full-size refrigerator, stove and microwave for extended stay guest. I would recommend the hotel to add coffee maker and blow dryer to each of the rooms. Over-all very nice hotel for the value.

Appears to be a new facility so everything is clean and in good condition. I'm guessing they are focusing on limited staffing so almost everything is automated. Overall, clean, affordable and comfortable.

The room was great. The problem was there was no one at the front desk. We had to use a phone to call someone. It took them awhile to arrive to give us our key. Then when checking out, there was no one at the front desk either. Other than that, it was a nice stay.

Streamlined experience. Inexpensive, quiet, 5 minutes from the airport. Looked like the majority of guests were some type of contractor. Quiet with no frills. Clean. New. Comfy beds, pillows, soft towels. Kitchenette was spotless. Everything is new. The desk agent got us the key. That's it. Not really friendly or engaging.

It’s a new property, so there were a few minor inconveniences at check in, but the overall experience was great. The hotel was clean and had wonderful in-room accommodations (refrigerator, microwave, small stove, sink, etc.) Also, although the hotel was easy to see from the major road, there was no entrance to the property from this road, so we had to find a back road to navigate to the parking lot.

Itried to cancel the reservation as I booked in the wrong place. I needed to book in West Lafayette , Indiana. Connected with the hotel and told me that I could cancel but I have to do it through Expedia. Twice they told me that I could not do it. I asked to change the reservation to another city, but no . I booked another hotel in West Lafayette. and lost the payment of the Indianapolis reservation. Next time I will book directly with the hotel.

Between the rude woman that checked us in and out to the male bodily fluids on the bathtub in the original room. I wouldnt recommend this property to anyone. I saw it was "new" which is why i booked it but was very disappointed. Staff needs to learn customer service and overall general personality skills. Specially frint desk. The housekeeper i talked to was great. The other 2 front desk women were rude and behaved like i was keeping them from something more important. I honestly would ask for a refund but good luck getting in touch with anyone. The gates are always down. VERY DISAPPOINTED
