"The condition of the room was sub par. First thing we saw was a desk chair with torn leather like fabric. The drain in the shower was so slow you had to stand in a few inches of water. The sink faucet came out in nearly a trickle. I asked if they would exchange the chair for a better one and nothing happened. I called about a potentially lost ring and was told they would get back to me and they didn't. I have enjoyed my stays in Best Westerns in the past. This was a "worst" Western. Ill think...

"Nicely updated place, convenient to a lot of St. Louis. Gracious and kind staff - especially the ladies providing a most excellent breakfast. Exceptional exercise room. I noted a couple small issues that appear to be more about the management team getting into a groove with the nearly new hotel building and facilities. My conversations with management were encouraging. I look forward to returning."

Had fun playing pool Dis likes- parking, some homeless, didnt beg to much.Breakfast was free, but first come first serve. Which sucks if other kids grab a sandwich and then throw it away. "Clean room, great service at a reasonable price. Nice area with a well-lit parking lot. Parking was $10 per night. Nice lounge area in the lobby. We did not take advantage of the free breakfast. Two things made it less than excellent: the beds were not comfortable and were very creaky. I think the mattress was on a wood platform base. Also, there were 2 electrical outlets in the nightstand lamp base but none that were accessible in the walls by the beds, and one wall outlet by the desk-not very...
