"I really enjoyed my stay at Yufuin Yamaboshi. I arrived a couple hours before check-in time but was able to leave my luggage at the lobby so I could explore the area. My luggage was sent to my room when i returned. The room was very big and spacious and I enjoyed the experience of a tatami room. The view from my window was also gorgeous. "Terrible staff service. I stayed there for 4 nights because I just didn’t want to move my belongings but seemed like the more you stay, the more terrible they are. I don’t know do they have bias only for me or not but I felt it is. As I noticed the guest who only stayed 1 night or short time, They are very welcome and doing good service.
