"We absolutely loved our stay at this gorgeous house! It was the perfect place for my partner and I to rest and experience this amazing island in a peaceful environment. The house was stocked with everything we needed during our stay, is close proximity to town and many of Kauai’s best attractions. "Overall the stay was good. We spent 8 days and went to many of the sights and beaches. The walk down to the beach onsite is a little steep just stay to the right on the way down. The kitchen was serviceable and we used it a lot. The place Comfortably sleeps 4 with two open sleeping quarters. The sofa / TV area was nice and the lanai was nice. A few maintenance items in the unit that need attention and the unit is somewhat dated but does the job. "

"If you are looking for comfort and quiet, this place is for you. It is on the second floor, which is the top floor, so you do not have to worry about any stomping neighbors above. There is a well working AC in the bedroom which is hard to find in Kauai. It keeps the place nice and cool and also helps to drown out the street noise. "This is a Beautiful Rental unit in a Stunning Resort. Great, Centrally located location near the airport. Super Luxurious with Well-Appointed Amenities. Extra clean and well maintained. The pool is simply gorgeous (especially at night)! Last but not least is the Amazing Property manager Ron Gunn. He made our stay very easy and pleasurable. I would Highly recommend and will be staying here again in the future!!! "

"The stay was wonderful. They had a clean pool, a safe walking path, and it was steps from the ocean. The only issue we had, was that the room was SO hot since there is no air conditioning. We came when the weather was very hot, so we will come back during a cooler month. "

"This is a clean wonderful spot in a great walkable location. Parking is available on the property. There’s a lovely beach nearby also a great marketplace (Coconut marketplace). The host was very responsive and helpful considering we had a plunger situation. We had a great stay. Would recommend!"
