"Everything was good with the hotel. The only downside is that there is a 100 dollar deposit that isn't mentioned in their booking so I recommend setting aside 100 dollars for the deposit and you'll get it back in the next couple days after checkout. Honestly no complaints here it just was the surprise 100 dollars deposit but I got it back within a couple days! Highly recommend though! "

"Lisa is great! As for the other staff they need to work on their friendliness factor! It seems they don’t really care about their jobs or their guests! Breakfast could have some yogurts and fruit of some sort! Maybe some juices and individual milks not a gallon everyone shares which seems very unsanitary!"

"The rooms and common area are very clean and the size of the room is very generous and spacious. We really like this hotel and recommend for anyone travel to North Chicago as it near to the Mall, the groceries and exceptional customer service. "

"Good stay, the dishes specifically the pots, are cleaned but need to be replaced a lot of char and burn marks in the pans. Some smaller cosmetic issues but other than that everything was great. Staff was extremely helpful and there is always someone available to help you. The laundry area was easy to use and worked well. Overall I give this place a 3.8/5"
