"Overall my husband and I were happy with the studio apt. Communication with the host was easy and the place was clean and had all the amenities we needed during our stay. The place was centrally located with easy access to shops/restaurants as well as the Metra system to take us into Chicago. The one drawback is that there are no windows but the skylight adds enough natural light to the space and we were there to sightsee and not stay for extended periods in the apartment."

"The unit was really nice. Had everything we needed. In a great area. It was only about a 10-15 minute drive to the navy base so made seeing my sailor easy and kept us in a good neighborhood. It was close to many other things to do and great places to eat! Easy check in and out process. "

"Stayed here to attend my grandson’s graduation from Navy boot camp. Location is convenient to the Training Center in Great Lakes. Even better it’s walking distance to downtown Libertyville, IL, which is a charming little town with some great pubs and restaurants. Apartment is clean and has the necessities. It could use a few more pots and pans for those who want to cook, but overall a good stay. "

"The property is older with very creeky floors and busy road out front but the neighborhood was pleasant, easy to access and had designated parking in back. Everything I googled: grocery, food, Starbucks, NEX, Navy Grad, was all 7 to 14 min away (O'Hare about 30 min). The only thing we couldn't find was beach access but were close to drive to a peer. "This was a good location for our son graduating from the Naval Academy. We chose this location because it had a pool. But in the fine print, we were only eligible to use the pool if we stayed for 30 days. Very misleading advertisement. Only one roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms for six people for four days."

"The ONLY bit of an issue was that there is some sort of (what I think may be a backwash cycle with a pump or septic system) noise that comes on next to 2 of the bedrooms. This often happened randomly in the middle of the night and it can be a little loud. If it is indeed a pump, maybe it could be set up and scheduled to come on only during the day. Everything else was very clean, nice, and updated."
