"Everything is great about the hotel (Food, Room, Location, Service and beach) except for the femal service staff located at the ice cream shop (service differ depending on your skin color). Location can be quite far away from the whale shark location (Took 3 hours to reach there, left hotel and 2am. Took 4 hours to reach hotel due to road traffic)"

The private beach was a nice touch because it was not overcrowded and I enjoyed all the staff being attentive, nice, enthusiastic, & professional. But you have to be carful, while booking-there are many different roomtypes and our friends were very unhappy with the villa they booked. "
