"Hotel is fairly new, bathroom and bedroom look and felt very clean, Vietnam was hot when I traveled, I noticed the split ac did not have much air coming out, so I check filter screen was dirty, after cleaning was good to go. I got room on ground floor on the rear of hotel, it was pretty quiet. There were lots of pho shops about 40,000 vnd and were fairly cheap around the hotel. I paid hotel 80,000 vnd for pick up from airport, and same for drop off. Their hair cut store in back of hotel cost...

"The owner was very polite and helpful , stayed up for me, room was large, great hot water, . would be nice to have a coffee available , maybe for purchase even, for early am departures. There is NO elevator, so could only take the small bag upstairs, worked out for me, but for others maybe will mean opening suitcase and repacking. The owner herself drove me to the airport as part of transport, very kind . For the price, and proximity to the airport, very good value and idea. I liked my stay "

"A poor transportation decision found me at Hanoi airport at 1:00 am, and I'd Googled 24 hour check-in hotels in the vicinity. Booked Family Transit but wasn't sure if the Front Desk would still be open, so I used the Hotels.com chat with an agent to confirm. Hain waited up for me, and with minimal processing, i had a roof and a bed. Place was clean, spacious, and the perfect tonic. I slept well, was greeted with a coffee and a smile in the morning, and a taxi was soon arranged at a favourable...

"The woman and young man who work at night are very nice. There are a lot of convenience stores, restaurants, and food stalls in the area. With that said, there was gum on the wall and sticky stuff in the fridge. The sheets weren’t clean and WiFi and power were inconsistent. I had to get a chair and unplug and replug the WiFi box in the hall every hour if I wanted to use it (and I needed it for work). OK for locals, not great for tourists."

"This hotel is in a small village close to Hanoi airport. If you have an early morning flight, you should stay here. The rooms are clean, modern with everything you need got a comfortable stay. The owners can arrange airport transport, make dinner, etc. "

"The location is very good for a location near the airport. There are some food options nearby (10 minute walk), but overall not a super exciting area. The staff seem friendly and the room was as advertised. The car noises were pretty loud but I managed to sleep through the night. The wifi was not great. Overall I would recommend if you need to be near the airport overnight. "
