"Very friendly staffs. I like the breakfast options - was given a full meal with drinks (coffee/tea) and some bananas for dessert. Room was spacious overall, and 2 bathroom options (free standing & bathtub with massage). Highly recommend. Note: I also stayed in the Old quarter and it was super small compared to here. The only con is that it is far from the downtown. But other than that, definitely will stay here next time. "

"Very friendly and efficient staff. A modest hotel yet it offers most of the amenities you expect, only 5 mins from Noi Ba Airport so it was super convenient for us to catch an early flight. It also has a huge pool on the rooftop along with some lounges with a perfect view of the airport and runway so its a plane buffs paradise."

"Overall, my stay was pleasant. The check-in and check-out process was smooth, the room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast options were good. However, there was one issue worth mentioning—the bathroom and its amenities. Occasionally, the drainpipe emitted an unpleasant smell, and the pottery bottles for the shampoo and body soap were difficult to manage when wet during a shower. They became slippery and tricky to handle, and from a hygiene perspective, they didn’t seem ideal. Those are minor points anyway."

"I felt like i lived in my apartment. Spacious as described in the website along with laundry helps to plan the stay as intended. Front office staff's are very helpful. They guide me whenever i need their support including in arranging a taxi for intercity trip, which costs way lower than Grab. Over all, i wouldn't look for other property to stay in Hanoi. "
