Alfonso was so incredibly kind to us and helped us in any way possible from booking taxis for our early morning flight to helping us to book an extended stay due to LOVING the town of vico. Our room cleaning staff was fantastic the ladies are so sweet. This was most definitely the best hotel stay we have...

"Very limited transport as the property is quite literally on a mountain. cabs charged way more because they had to drive up the mountain road, very beautiful view though. so even getting a ride to the train station was hard. otherwise I really enjoyed my stay. "
