Hotel is a little tired (in need of a spruce up) and quite noisy (footsteps and voices carry everywhere it seems). "Although not the easiest to access from the roadway once you did parking was available so convenient for anyone that was driving. The hotel is lovely with possibly the best staff of anywhere we stayed in Italy. They bent over backwards to help out with whatever we needed. We absolutely would stay there again and recommend it to others. Shoutout to Sara & Mirella at reception and Maria in the dining room. They were awesome. "

"I met Matteo on the first night of our stay since google maps had the address off a bit further up the road than it actually was. He guided us to the hotel and we settled in.
