"The staff was amazing and very responsive. The location is incredibly convenient to the rail system. I cannot say how much we appreciated the front desk and restaurant staff. They were so kind. We were delayed from one of our outings due to the trail derailment on 4/17/25 and they were so kind to us when we finally got back. "

Unfortunately, the water of the bathroom was cold or on the best days tepid, with nearly no pressure, which made showers unpleasant and challenging.
