"The front desk staff was very warm and friendly. The lobby/seating area was clean and bright. Little hints it is an older facility - door stuck, tub a little worn where stickers had been); but it was clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again."

"The stay at Best Western is always good. However, this is the second visit where there were no dollies to take your luggage to the room. Therefore several trips were needed to get things from the car to the room. Also, the hotel doesn't use trash bags in the trashcans inside of the rooms. They said it was done on purpose, which I guess is their decision. It could cause a mess, especially if you have a child in diapers/pullups. Otherwise the room was satisfactory as always. "

"Facility under renovation so things were a bit dusty in the lobby. Not an issue or inconvenient. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was the best I’ve had recently. Variety of choices to keep it interesting."

"Astoria West is a very basic property. It is not fancy. But it was clean and everything was in working order. It is one of the lower priced properties in the Danville area. we were only staying one night so it suited our needs. "
