The room was clean, spacious, and had a lovely view from the balcony. "Hotel is just a few minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the beach. Parking is available on the property. Friendly and helpful owners who upgraded us from a room with 2 beds to a superior room with 3 beds at no additional cost. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. There was no A/C but the hotel offers good value for the money."
