"Better than some other recent Holiday Inn Stays a bit expensive though!!!! Went for breakfast and as soon as I sat down I saw a long black hair in my food so needless to say I didn’t take one bite and threw the food in the garbage. "

"I’ve only stayed for a night at this place, the building itself is fairly old and hallways have distinctive smell to it. But the room I stayed in is quite clean, the bedding and pillows are very fresh. The room is fairly large and and comes with a full size fridge, microwave, small portable stove. The AC/heater is very very old and I think it might be loud when in operation (I didn’t use it). Free Indoor Parking is available right next to the hotel building and it’s very convenient. "This place is great value. It's basic. Not a hotel. You get a basic room. The price is unbeatable in downtown Ottawa. If you are on a budget, this is the place."
