I asked for a first-floor room and received one, however the first floor is actually half a stairway down from the parking lot at the back of the building. And the second floor is half a stairway up. "When we arrived we seen there was no longer a pool or hot tub. They’re under a remodel and the pool area is all covered and it’s going to be a bar grille. Room was clean and comfortable just bummed with some of the accommodations. "
