The staff were friendly and accommodating. We were allowed to leave our car on the carpark for a couple of extra hours after we had checked out. The car park is quite small and not easy to drive around, but it was okay, and cheaper than on street parking. "

"No staff and had to phone more than once to eventually be let in to hotel and given room details. Not welcolming at all and would not book again. Good view but tired dated bed, and bed covers. No way would we consider the room delux, as booked. Convenient for visit to paignton and station"

"After arrival at the house we found the location of the key safe after negotiating various bins strewn in the alleyway. However after several times of trying the PIN it became obvious that the number provided was incorrect. I messaged the host directly and left a VM but was unable to make contact. I then rang Travelnest who is the managing agent who were also unable to make contact. We decided to go into town for a coffee in the hope we would get a call back, luckily after about 30 minutes the...

"We enjoyed our stay, had everything we needed and not too far from the beach. Only downside was the parking spaces were small and people didn’t keep within the lines meaning that there wasn’t enough spaces for everyone which could be a problem in peak season as the road outside is busy with parked cars."

"Middle of March and still fairly cold .Main heating doesn’t stay long enough to heat up the apartment.I had to use the electric heating which run on a meter .I ended up paying £15 on the electricity meter for heating ,lights and cooker for 3 nights stay .The downside for me was paying to keep the electricity going .Just be aware when booking ,they have the old electricity meter where you have to pay extra to keep the electricity going for the duration in your stay "
