"Always wanted to stay in one of these and finally got the chance as I had to wait for my wife in Nagoya Airport for one night. The capsule was clean and efficient. The front desk staff was helpful, if limited in English. I liked that it was so isolated on the first floor so nobody else was around. "Good value. Perfect for family vacation (5 in our family). We arrived late (7PM) called ahead and staff welcomed us. Free on site parking. They don't speak English but are friendly. Room was non smoking and had no odor. But smoking is allowed in the hallways. In room bath is clean but old. After checking in, found Kura Sushi (kaiten style-inexpensive) 4 minutes walk! "I was very appreciative of how spacious and accommodating the products were - especially with providing different options for body wash and skin care. There wasnt a massage chair included as was in the original pictures but as i didnt need for it it wasnt a loss. I would only suggest for the mattress to be changed to a more comfortable one as the one provided was very stiff. Otherwise, the pool/bathtub was a great way to wind down at the end of the day! "
