"We enjoyed our brief stay at Hotel Faisin - it was a perfect stopover for 1 night while travelling through France. We appreciated being able to get an evening meal and breakfast at the hotel, particularly as we arrived later than we were hoping to. Friendly staff and basic but clean accommodation. "We stopped for one night, the hotel was fine but quite basic, our room was very small and a little dated, plus the bed quite hard. However, all the staff were very friendly and despite having little English (and us having little French) we warmly welcomed. Our room and the public areas were very clean and despite what other reviews have said, the area felt quite safe. The hotel is well located, a short walk to restaurants and bars, very near the railway station but also quiet at night."

"The check in time is very short but the keys are prepared and information was clear so I could check in without a problem. My room didn't have AC so it was quite hot when the temperature was around 30 . The pedestal fan was very helpful but not enogh. Overall I liked the place. "

Pleasant stay with family

"The garage is charged separately and is extremely narrow, so be careful. Seriously! The hotel is 20 min walk to the historical town. We had an issue with the shower and we were immediately moved to another room. Great staff. The heating in the room was not great though. The breakfast had very few options and it was not worth it. "

"Excellent hotel in Tours with an ideal location, mins walking to the train station and the center if the old town. There are tons of restaurants and shops nearby. The room and is spacious and well equipped. The shower room and toilet are seperated. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "
