"We stayed 11 nights in room 305, one of their spaciest room. Everything was adequate; fridge, tea and coffee bags, mugs, water cooker, filtered water just out side our room, daily cleaning service. Whenever we needed something, the receptionist (specially Alex) took care of it. As we are older folks, he even carried our suitcases up to the room! Apropos, one drawback are the two flights of steep stairs from the street entrance up. Location is perfect, 50 m from the MRT stop exit 1 (escalator)...

"This place was great! Super clean and convenient to the main road. They also had free breakfast! I think the only suggestion I had was to maybe mark the breakfast items for vegetarians. The front desk did explain to me which ones were okay to eat but my Chinese isn’t the best. But everything else was great!"

"My family and I arrived for our reservation at about 6pm only to be told by the guy at the front desk that our price from Expedia was “too low” and that the price is usually about $135/night (which is NOT true if you check their online prices). "Very nice staff. Willing to help you. They offer customer luggage holding before checking in and after checking out for FREE! Minutes walking to 101, train stations and bus stop. 7eleven and Chinese restaurant ( breakfast style) at right corner. Room is clean, dry, quiet and good space! We will comeback for future Taipei visits for sure. Very strongly recommend this hotel to all. If they can put an electric receptacle by the head board, we would give them 6stars rating 😜Thanks you guys. "
