"Love this hotel and its convenient location. Since I had an early flight and couldn’t check in early when arrived. I would recommend they offer some waters or show future guest a waiting area like a cafe or restaurant in the hotel to chill for few hours until room Is ready as a host. Luckily, our room was ready by noon but the clerk was busy and forgot to told us that the room was ready until I came up and asked them. Otherwise, hotel was clean and staffs are wonderful . Their buffet served fresh foods daily with variety of selections. "

"It was my first time visiting Taiwan and a friend of mine recommended this hotel to me so I thought to take their advice, and easily it was the best decision! Very easily accessible and when I arrived at check-in, the staff were very welcoming, friendly and efficient, one of the receptionists (I'm sorry I can't quite remember her name) was very kind to escort me to the elevators and give me a brief explanation of the hotel's facilities and especially the Spa on the top floor that was great to use on my last night! Wonderful stay with excellent and friendly staff!"
