"Excellent location in the centre of Yeovil but still very quiet at night. Had an excellent 2 nights sleep even though one of the two matresses was quite soft. Very clean and lovely large room for the three of us. Windows that you could open right up was good as so many hotels these days you have restricted opening."

"I was late getting to room as working at Dorchester, was given room 3. Seemed clean when i walked in. On closer inspection bed and towels were clean, but the room was very dirty. Spoons were dirty, never been washed, skirting was dusty, looked like it hadnt been cleaned for weeks. I honestly didn’t feel like stopping in the room. It was most probably worst room i have stayed in for years."

"This was a very nice simple little cabin. We stayed for three days and spent a great day at Durdle Door and Kimmeridge and walked to the nearby Walled Garden for breakfast before driving to London the day we left. It was comfortable and clean and Harry was lovely and very helpful. Lovely walks from the doorstep."

"Great location, but parking not easy. Thankful the owners son gave up his space nearby for us. Good size room, we slept well. The shower was really easy to control and we had the best towels during our week away.. Really good breakfast, served in our room. Would recommend. Disappointed local pubs were not as we remembered them… lack of real ale… but we like the independent shops… Ate at the best chippy; The Fish Plaice."
