"Horrible experiencia, cuando llegué no había disponibilidad de habitaciones, me querían enviar a otro hotel sin posibilidad de un reembolso, no me dieron respuesta más que ir a otro hotel y tuve que pagar para transportarme al otro sitio que quedaba muy lejos."

I would only recommend to isolate the sound coming from the main office and living room to the rooms nearby, and probably the doorbell as well. Since when someone is in the living room or ringing the doorbell, the sound permeated the inside of the rooms."
