"El hotel deja mucho que desear. Nos dieron una habitación cuyo baño tenía una puerta corrediza que no funcionaba, no tenía papel higiénico ni secador de pelo. El olor del hotel no era agradable ni tampoco la decoración, muy deteriorado y viejo. La verdad por el precio que no era nada económico el servicio es decepcionante. Tienen mucho por mejorar. "

The apartment was very clean and had everything needed except there was no kettle or double sheet for the sofa bed, consequently one of my son's had to sleep with just the quilt over him. I did communicate with smart flats whilst there, they said that they would sort it out but unfortunately they didn't whilst we were there for the two nights. The shower wasn't that...

"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"On the outside it appears like a nice place, but the rooms are old and rickety, the shower is very cramped, the bathrooms are on odd half levels that you have to wander around to find. I happened to have very friendly roommates for the nights I was there, and the lockers for things were very small---too small to fit any carry-on luggage in. You just have to trust that no one will go through your things. The area is close to major shopping centers, which is great because there's a lot of food...
