"The staff were friendly and accommodating and the entire hotel was very clean. Excellent for the price we paid. Only room for improvement was that the wifi was very poor and we had to use mobile data. I think it would also greatly improve the rooms if they included a kettle and or a mini fridge for drinks snacks. (I know there is a communal kitchen, but this would be an upgrade)"

"Since 2014 we've stayed here at least 8 times. What makes us return are the staff, the pool area and the location. Close enough to the beach, restaurants and bars but far away from the noise. The accommodation provides pristine outside spaces. The pool area is spacious, you're never too close to other bathers. On the ground floor you get your apartment sun bed area. On the upper floor a private balcony with table and chairs, again good enough for sitting in the sun. The apartments are cleaned...

"The property was very close to the beach and kept quite clean.The beds were not very comfortable and i had to ask for clean towels on day 3 and toilet roll and the shoer cream was empty.The pool area was very clean and Nicola who ran the restaurant was so good to everyone and really friendly and accommodating. "We've had a fab time at Neptuno Suites .We would not rate it 2 star - it is easily 3 star .The apartment was lovely and spacious .The pool area was clean and tidy .The apartments were close to the beach shops and restaurants .We had a lovely relaxing break and would come back again ad recommend to family and friends "

"Central location. A lot of building works nearby. New property, nice cleaner, but difficult to get help when needed as remotely staffed. Everything done by email messages. Needed blankets as heating wasn’t working. Beach close by. Would stay again though."

"Couple in mid January Location of property is excellent. Great view from upper rooms. Clean and tidy, staff friendly. Pool area is good. Clean and tidy. Doesn't get full day of sun in mid January. May have an issue if you use bus transfer as you will have 10 minute walk from drop off and it's uphill on return trip. Would recommend the apartments as they are good value and would definitely use them again."
