"Stayed here before and it doesn't disappoint. From check in straight forward and everything explained Room was aa i expected spacious clean and beds comfy. Onky disappointment is the sofa, you feel tge springs for the bed settee. Plenty off hot water for a shower etc. Abit of noise from the building works opposite but hotel can not control that. This visist breakfast was included, great variety, fresh and hot, would rather have the bacon more well done but thats my preference. Definitely stay again "

"My friends & I came for a relaxing break just to spend time with each other, decompress & relieve stress. We were able to do that here because the ambiance allows for it. All the neutral tones provide that calming feeling you'd want. The crowd is more...mature. Many were the basic European couple or family & it looked like they were of retirement age. As an observation, there weren't very many of us mixed variety guest in the 30's range aside from us & a speckle of others. However, we weren't going for a party scene & we had each other so it wasn't a big deal. Many nights they had a live band & the Entertainment Coordinator was great at hyping up the crowd to dance & enjoy the vibes. There are three restaurants that require reservations so make those in advance if you can. Also be mindful that La Graciosa has a tasting menu for dinner. The all you can eat had a pretty decent turnover of new food being replaced when it first opens but when they're about to close thats when you see the dregs of what's left. If I had to complain about that it would be some of the meats could be a bit more seasoned (more of a preference issue) & I would have wished they had longer time slots for each meal session instead of feeling rushed. I knocked off a star for the service is because: 1) we were not provided the rooms we requested but they tried to compensate by giving us access to both rooms. 2) We didn't get quality CS from Rafael at the Shack. I had to go request for it. We'd return though"

"Weather was mixed. Room excellent and fantastic breakfast. Staff very polite. Building work currently going on but didn’t spoil the holiday as couldn’t hear it. Great Cava Sangrias at the bar"

"We have stayed here 3 times prior to this in rooms 303 and 302 which were all fantastic however this time we stayed in room 219 directly above the Dona Lola restaurant although it still had a great sunny sea view with balcony the whole apartment constantly smelt of food from the restaurant below we discovered quickly after checking in that this also attracted lots of cockroaches so we had to constantly use cockroach spray (there was 2 cans under the sink so they obviously know theres a problem) which meant we then had to leave all doors and windows open so we didnt choke on it or poison ourselves and had to keep cleaning them up, we also couldnt use the self catering facilities as we usually would for fear of attracting more of them, the reception staff were all really good and friendly and arranged for their maintenance man to come and spray the whole room and sealed a skirting board behind the fridge half way through our holiday and they also offered us to move to a room but without a seaview or sunny balcony as the rest of the seaview rooms were full but we declined as we were there for our anniversary to relax in the sun with the fantastic views so we got another couple of cans of spray and got on with it as we love the location the views and their relaxing pool area with their new sunbeds we would stay here again as long as we were in a different block to the restaurant as you cant beat the area its in."

"The Staff were very friendly and helpful ..the area and pools were very nice if a little cold in february and especially the 50m pool which was warmer. Other beaches and restaurants were some walk away from hotel so we upgraded to all inclusive which i recommend especially as i have to follow a gluten free diet and restaurants and bars all had a gluten free corner."
