"It's the perfect property for a family of 4 with a doggie-the size, the location, the actual condo itself. It was a great find! The property company was super involved and responsive. The property was very clean. Having rented other properties in NC and FL, this one wins over all of them. It was very helpful to have two bathrooms too. Yes, the Trailer bar is right across the street, but they were done by 11:00 pm plus the music was awesome. Two suggestions for the owner- check the air...

"It was a blessing on how close the house was to the beach. It is a perfect place for a family of all ages. We felt safe. The management company was prompt with any concerns or questions. To our surprise, our deposit was returned the same day of departure. "

"We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the location....the beach was just over the dune. Nothing better than walking to the beach with your coffee in hand to watch the sunrise. Kitchen was well stocked with cups and crockery. Very cute place. It's clean enough, but could do with a dusting in the corners. With a little updating this place could be fabulous, but honestly it's such a great deal that I can't complain. I would definitely return."

"Condition (for the most part), room arrangement, and location were great. Just I and my wife in a site so large but we situated ourselves on the top floor and enjoyed it. Great proximity to the beach. A few admin challenges at first though the support team remotely responded and enabled resolution. Recommend others consider this option in their planning."
