"We loved the cleanliness and amenities of this property. Only had one complaint. Saturday night of our stay the bar next door was very inconsiderate of us. All ours of the night and early morning hours they kept us awake. This will be the only reason we will probably not stay here agin. "

"Our stay was good! The only con for us was not having a stove/oven, which may be a detail I missed/overlooked, I’m not sure. We just got a blackstone from Lowe’s since we couldn’t use the community grill onsite due to allergy/cross contamination risk. No big deal for us but may be for some. Overall, we definitely feel we would stay here again if we go on another vacation with our dogs. The location is great and host was very nice!"

"It was a nice time. We would recommend putting some sort of welcome packet with all the rules of the property, check in/out procedures in the properties, like some local restaurants, the fact that there is an elevator and outdoor showers. It was a nice and cute place, we would definitely consider staying there again. We would also recommend maybe putting a cutting board in the property."

"This condo was in a great location with just a short walk to the beach. It’s about a half a mile to food and groceries. It was perfect for our five night stay and the property manager was very accessible and helpful!"

"Its was good not as close to main restaurants and shops as I thought it was almost a mile. Requested bikes not delivered. Bed needs flipping had to sleep upside down as the head was sinking and the AC light was bright enough to light up the whole room. But it was close to beach access and a bar and one restaurant were close."

"This was our second stay at this property and definitely won’t be the last. The location is perfect. Our pups love it too! The space is perfect for my husband and I with everything you could need for a weeks stay. We just being a few groceries and hunker down for sunrises, sunsets and repeat! "Great location. Easily walk or bike to pretty much anything in Surf City. Nice and clean, and the porch was worth booking the smaller room. I know others complained about noise but we didn't have any problem. On the first day we wished for a hose in the outdoor shower and on day 2 it magically appeared. Our pup especially appreciated this addition."

"My daughter and I and 2 grandchildren took a long weekend at the beach. Although it rained a lot because of the incoming hurricane we had a nice time. The residence was comfortable. The only suggestion I have is that the porch didn’t have a covered area to sit on the deck. That would have been nice to sit while it rained."

"Great place right on the beach. It's on a dead-end street, so there's no traffic. Surf City Line restaurant is literally in the back yard, and it's a short walk to a few nice bar & grills. Hang out with the locals - there aren't many tourists around. And if you're feeling adventurous, it's within stumbling distance from the Trailer Bar. "

Only incredibly minor complaint was that the smoke alarm is super sensitive and went off every time we used the oven. Better to work than not at all though! Definitely will be coming back. "
