"This property met our needs exactly for a small family reunion, plus remote work for my husband. The owner worked with us on a very last minute reservation and was highly responsive and proactively engaged to make sure our visit went well. Most notable was the comfortable bedding, amazing ocean view/beach access, and convenient location in the middle of Surf City. The custom bunk beds were especially appreciated, as they accommodate full-sized adults without wobbling or squeaking. We'll be back if we're ever in the area again!"

"Super place to stay during the Christmas holiday! Beautiful view of the ocean and had all the amenities one could possibly need.Did have an issue with the heater when we arrived. It was 45 degrees inside and the heater was turned off. We contacted the manager and the owner and we were able to figure out how to reprogram the unit. They were very nice about it and the communication was great. We saved them a repair man trip. The house was super clean and we would love to come back and stay again! "

"We stay at this property the week after Xmas to catch up with teens/adult kids. The 4 bedrooms are perfect and the area is very close to beach access. There is a great area for family games. The TV is big enough for football fans to be happy :) Linens are provided. Beds are very comfortable. Pets are welcome and taking the dogs on the beach is one of my very favorite aspectsThanks to Tom for SAVING us when we locked ourselves out!!!"
