"The staff was kind and friendl. Many spoke enough English to help me out. The food was delicious. And the rooftop hot tub was a dream. The hallways and room are a little muggy at first, and the smell of wood is strong, but once I turned down the ac and spent enough time it was all fine. "

"We paid $270 per night for this hotel. We were given the only room on the entrance floor of the hotel. So all we could hear was everyone coming in and out of the hotel, the lockers being opened up to place ones shoes in in the foyer, the cars on the road (our window was on the street). The windows had no frosting on them so we couldn't even open the blinds as everyone would be able to see right into our room. Very basic amenities, for the price we paid, we were very disappointed. "和歌山駅からすごく近いです。グランドホテル和歌山の6階に入り口があります。近くに近鉄やNIO コンビニなど買い物にも不自由しません。室内は綺麗です。女性エリアの利用者は海外の方が多かったです。ワイドタイプの部屋を選んだので室内にスーツケースも広げられて過ごしやすかったです。"
