"和歌山駅からすごく近いです。グランドホテル和歌山の6階に入り口があります。近くに近鉄やNIO コンビニなど買い物にも不自由しません。室内は綺麗です。女性エリアの利用者は海外の方が多かったです。ワイドタイプの部屋を選んだので室内にスーツケースも広げられて過ごしやすかったです。"

"Good value for money. The name is very deceptive, as the hotel is on a canal that leads to an industrial harbor. The room is very large with a 5 star bathroom. The air conditioning and lighting were good but very hard to figure out, as there were no English instructions."

He was very patient and especially helpful to our multiple queries and tried his best to help. We were very grateful for his sincerity in wanting to help. "The place is on small town, serveral store (convinence store, lundary....) is far from hotel. But town is so quite and calm, hotel is clean and simple. Host of the hotel is nice and kind. Hotel is quite reasonable for that price."

"I would not recommend this place, since there is no personnel at the hotel to manage the guests. We were there for one night and we got woke up a few times buy people yelling in the accomodation We were in room 101 which is next to the living room/kitchen and the entry, probably the worst room. I had to get up and tell some guest to stop yelling at each other. We were woken up by people at midnight, 2am , 4 am and 7am. People were rude and were not respecting any rules from the managers.... "
