Very convenient location with the castle and zoo within 5 min walk (just across from the hotel). The parking allows in and out during your stay and it is just a 1 min walk from the hotel building.

The view from the hotel of the Wakayama castle is stunning, especially at night, when the castle is lit up! Walking the castle park in the morning was wonderful. Parking was in a building next door, 1000¥/day with easy in and out privileges, and lots of parking. チェックインのスタッフは不親切でしたが、清掃スタッフや、チェックアウトのさいのスタッフは丁寧に接していただけました。ただ、至る所の鏡に手形がクッキリついていたり、ベタベタと指の跡があったりして不快でした。ベッドやアメニティ、眺望などは完璧でした。

和歌山城の目の前でライトアップされたお城が素敵でした。スタッフの方の対応も気持ちよく爽やかで良かったです。フロントでお城のパンフレットをお願いしたらご親切に割引き券も頂けました。ここのホテルして良かったし大満足でした。

朝食は味も種類もとてもよかったです。宿泊した部屋からは和歌山城がギリギリしか見えませんでしたが、上階や真ん中の方の部屋でしたら眺望は抜群でしょう。全体的に新しく清潔で快適ですが、これといった特別なことはありません。
