"I absolutely loved the BREAKFAST and that it was included in the overall price! Hands down, one of the best cafe's on the Central Coast. The rooms were super clean and the staff were friendly. Great location on the beach and lots to do walking and hiking up to Crackneck etc. I didn't get a chance to jump in the pool with the poor weather, but it looked amazing. I will definitely be back and I recommend this place to anyone else looking for a night away in Bateau Bay!"

"The only good was the convenient location. The room was terrible, black mould in multiple places throughout the bathroom, room smelt terrible likely due to the mould and my friend had difficulty breathing, heater wouldn't work so was freezing in the room after having the window open to try and air it out. Bed was hard and uncomfortable also. Have tried to contact the property to address the issues with this place twice with no responses. Not worth the risk to your health staying here"

"T who runs the place is the most helpful knowledgeable person you'll come across. Makes you feel so welcome, nothing is a problem. Great facilities, it's like a house, as in it's got all you might need. I have had a most enjoyable stay. I wish them some busyness because they deserve it. Just not when I come back to stay (from Christchurch) lol. All the best, if I'm ever in the area I'm staying here again! "
