"Awesome pool area with 3 different pools including big jacuzzi. Really nice place to stay. BUT Couple of things to be aware of: We were a little unlucky with the reception lady. Could not get any adequate information about dining options. Plenty of options available and really simple. Just seems like reception really didn’t know what’s happening around the place. Tried to extend the stay for a day, plenty of availabilities but could not make it any more complicated. No information in the room and absolutely no information provided. Lucky got it next day. Similar thing with pretty much everything that staff did not know what’s happening around the building and hotel. A biggy, the entire building doesn’t have a microwave. Near by businesses are happy to help out. And The Good Guys are not far away to buy your own. So advertised bar fridge really is a bar fridge from Vietnam. Operating in about 10-15 degrees. Definitely cooler than outside temp. Fit’s nothing. "

"Stayed 3 night's @ ocean front 2nd level room with kingbed and balcony. Woke up and went to bed with Gorgeous views of the ocean and was very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to everything. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will definitely stay here everytime we are down here for another quick getaway. "

"This hotel is in a great location in Newcastle. It is handy to shops, the harbour, and the inner-city. The hotel is clean and has nice staff. I have stayed here several times when visiting Newcastle."
