"We were 5 adults and two middle schoolers. There was plenty of space for everyone. The decor is modern and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped. The neighborhood is in the process of being “gentrified “ but we felt safe, even walking the dog at night. Absolutely nothing wrong here."

"Our stay was wonderful. The property was so clean and smelled so fresh as soon as we entered. Furniture was very comfy and the bed was like a cloud. We also enjoyed the courtyard for a quiet, outdoor evening. Quick Uber ride to everything in Music City. It was our first trip to Nashville, but definitely not our last. Will definitely book here again. "

"Wonderful Nashville decor, comfy beds, kitchen had everything we needed. Great neighborhood, with shopping and local eats walking distance. Ice maker not working, but the owners provided a big bag of ice which was appreciated. Communication was excellent. 1 of the master lamps was broken, but in scheme of things, not an issue. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend."

"If you’re questioning this place, for any reason, DON’T! This is, by far, my favorite rental yet (and we’ve stayed in SO many! EXACTLY as pictures show - actually even better!
