Experience the charm of Nashville in this unique design of a modern LA Loft . With an open floor plan and a spacious rooftop deck, it's the perfect home base for your stay in Nashville. Located in the heart of Melrose in Berry Hill, a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill". Walkable to many music hill attractions, restaurants, big machine brewery, recording studios, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch.

This is a three level townhome with rooftop deck. The first level includes the attached garage, kitchen, dining, and living room. On the second level you have the primary bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath, laundry room, and another bedroom with king bed and ensuite bath. The third level includes the bonus room and rooftop patio with fireplace, as well as two additional bedrooms with king beds, and a hall bath.

Credit Card Processing Fees are non-refundable.

Guests have access to the entire private home and attached two car garage that can fit two small or mid-size vehicles. One additional dedicated parking space is available behind the home.

Your host is available by message or text throughout your stay.

Located in a desirable area in Melrose/8south minutes from 12south, Gulch, Downtown. Melrose in Berry Hill is a small city within a city in Nashville also known as "Music Hill" Walkable to many Music Hill attractions, recording studios, restaurants, and escape game. 2 miles to Downtown, Broadway, and The Gulch. Coffee shops, restaurants, and bars close by.

We recommend ride share when visiting downtown as parking can be challenging and expensive.

Beautiful home
We had the most amazing time at this beautiful home. Everything from start to finish was seem less. Quick, easy and absolutely zero stress. The home was stocked with all the essentials and the small touches did not go unnoticed. Cleanliness was impeccable, and location was perfect The views were stunning! Thank you for having us. Great house
Very nice house, lots of room, near downtown, very updated. Only parking for 3 cars max, and NO street parking at all, so be aware if you have a large group like we did.

Our family and friends stayed here during CMA Fest. Great location, clean, accommodations were great for 2 families! They responded ASAP when the AC unit wasn’t working when we arrived but they sent a worker out and it was back up and running within the hour. Highly recommend!

The property was clean and nice. Everything described in the listing was accurate. We had plenty of room, towels and essentials in the kitchen to prepare meals. Location was near shopping and grocery stores. I would recommend to anyone looking to stay close to downtown.

21st Birthday Celebration
Stayed with our adult children for our son’s 21st Birthday Celebration. Property was very clean and exactly as pictured. Check in was super easy and communication was great. It was a short Uber Ride to the action. Grocery store, liquor store and a few restaurants within a quick drive. Earplugs and sleep masks would make a great party favor to block out neighborhood surroundings if you’re looking to sleep late!

Not handicapped accessible at all. The stairs were challenging especially with luggage. Overall the house was lovely. We would likely choose a different neighborhood with out a train. No wine glasses so we purchased some and left them there.

The place suited our group of 8 well. Short 10 minute urber to downtown. Nicely decorated. Actual neighborhood is a little sketch. Beds were so so. Black towels that leave fuzz All over you after shower not great. Manager friendly.

Great location!!
This house was super gorgeous! The location was really close to everything and there was a card for a party bus, Marilyn’s Party Bus, that was 10/10! We used her for all of our outings. The rooms were super cool and the beds were comfortable. We loved the balcony but we were sad we couldn’t get the fireplace to work. There were some scuff marks on the walls from previous visitors, but nothing crazy. We were a little put off with the bar fridge- there was a full case of beer with the caps off. The only other thing is the trains that come past the house at all hours. They blow their horn really loud to get people off the tracks, but once we were asleep, I didn’t notice it. Talking to the host was really easy and quick. The check in and check out process was really easy too. Overall, it was awesome and we will definitely stay here again when we return!!

We had enough room to spread out. We were together, with the option of finding a quite space
We came for the Minnesota Viking vs Tennessee Titans football game. Our group not only went to the game, but check our Broadway, County Music HOF, the Nashville Zoo. The home was close to everything. We loved playing games on the rooftops deck with the fireplace with the city skyline as a back drop.

Such a wonderful place for couples and/or extended family to stay together. All bedrooms have king size comfortable beds with private baths. Bedrooms are on second and third floors. Very close to downtown, shopping and airport.

Awesome Rental!
We had a great stay here. We had great communication with the property manager. We noticed some damages from the prior renters right when we arrived and let her know just in case she was unaware of them. The house would be a great space for 4 sets of couples. We were just two couples, but enjoyed the extra space and rooftop deck! Thanks again for having us!!

Property just as depicted, lovely. Never cooked ( besides coffee). We are older, so there are a lot of stairs. Enjoyed the third floor tv room the best, was too warm to sit on porch this visit, but very comfortable looking. Only negative is the freight train near by, whistle went off during the night and works wake us.
