Welcome to 3rd Ave South in Wedgewood Houston!

Our home is in a quiet neighborhood, situated within an easy walking distance of the casual and fine-dining eateries, bars, coffee shops, breweries and distilleries of Wedgewood Houston. We are conveniently located 5-10 minutes from downtown Nashville by car and 1.3 miles away from lower Broadway. You can easily experience all the legendary honky tonks without all the noise. You can also enjoy the park directly across the street.

Our home was designed with conscious care and the comfort of our guests in mind. You will have access to the entire one-level 1200 sq ft space. The house offers plenty of natural sunlight, high ceilings, and a clean open space. Each room is furnished with a ceiling fan, ample closet place, and a full-length mirror. The kitchen is stocked with the basic amenities needed for coffee and cooking. The washer and dryer is available for guest use.

The door is operated with a personalized access code. You can choose the four-digit code of your liking. The house is equipped with a smart TV, Apple TV, and an Amazon Echo.

Ample street parking is available along the street right outside the door.

Our friend owns the salon next door. If you are interested in booking an appointment let us know and we can provide you with her contact information! Bookings must be made in advance.

We were born and raised in Nashville and can offer you the best suggestions according to the experience you are looking for during your stay.

Freindly neighborhood
Spent a week here and would stay again. Only minor issue was there was no table to eat meals. Very friendly neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again when I come to Nashville.

Super cute and charming diamond in the ruff! The home was very spacious with large bedrooms and tall ceilings. Located a very short distance from Broadway. Perfect for our stay!

Absolutely loved our stay at this property. The host was very responsive to the couple of queries we had and the property was extremely charming. There's a park across the road and a couple of great coffee locations just a few blocks walk the other side of the park. It's not far from down town and is an easy 15min walk. Also, the bed in the main room was soooo comfy. I'd definitely stay here again.

Shaun keeps this property in excellent condition. Parking is no-stress and everything downtown is easy to access - just a $6 and 10 min Uber ride away from everything.

Overall our stay was good and the home was great for what we needed to have our Thanksgiving together. Just one little thing the microwave didn't heat up for leftovers the next day. Wasn't an issue as we were out and about that Friday. Would stay again

Good stay
It was a good stay everything was prepared andready, location is good. Little far for walking but you can grab a scooter or Uber rather quickly. The property was in good condition and clean, the hot water did fluctuate a bit. However, everything was in proper working order. I would recommend staying at this location ease of checkin was fast and not complicated. Good experience overall.

We stayed here for a few days to work in the city. The house was clean. However the wrong house code was programmed in and we had to make a guess to get in, the microwave is broken and I communicated this to the owner who never acknowledged the message, and lastly the train is so close it woke us up multiple times.

Felt unsafe in neighborhood. Missing essentials
Used condom was on the steps to the home upon arrival. No salt, pepper or sugar. No full bottles of shampoo/ conditioner/ body wash. I was glad we brought our own. Beds are extremely low. Difficult for anyone of height to get up from. Bed was very hard. We also attempted to wash a load of clothes and the washing machine poured water from underneath. I did email host with no response. I don’t think this is the safest area of town. Even our door dash driver was concerned about a man sitting in his car outside of the house for an extended period of time.

Very cute and charming place. Beds were really comfortable. When I was initially trying to get a hold of the manager of the property on the way down letting them know I'd be arriving in town early it wasn't necessarily them but the app kept telling me to log in to contact the host but I was logged in and looking at my confirmation number. Finally had to call customer support and have them give me the phone number but as soon as I did they were very quick to respond and accommodated my needs. Neighborhood was a little sketch when it got dark out all in all a very pleasant visit

Amazing stay!
This place was amazing! From the moment we walked in we were impressed. The house was so comfortable and cozy. The finishes are beautiful! The beds (even the sofa couch) and the linnens we incredibly comfortable. The host was so accommodating and extremely responsive. The area was perfectly situated between everything we needed. Super quick Uber/Lyft ride to the gulch or Broadway. And the local bars and eateries in the area were fabulous! We will be back!

We had a awesome stay in Nashville and our VRBO was a excellent location. We always felt safe. Our host anticipated our needs and made everything seem less. Our only sticking point is a drainage issue in the tub. But I was very pleased overall

I had never stayed with VRBO before so I didn’t know what to expect. The pictures were completely accurate. The house is very comfortable and plenty of room for 2 people. The home was clean and nicely furnished.The beds were very comfortable and slept great. Having the full size kitchen was a great option too. The only down side was took awhile for the water to warm and low water pressure for shower. The backyard is nice to sit outside but it needs a little maintenance. Overall we loved it and would definitely be back for sure! The little minor issues were more a small annoyance vs. being huge issues. 8.5/10 for overall

Stove was really dirty inside and stove top had not been cleaned before our stay There was no hand soap and no tissues in the bathroom. We found hair around the sink in the bathroom that did not belong to any of us therefore we felt compelled to clean before using all bathroom facilities . Would suggest more table/floor lamp lamps as it’s a bit dark in living and tv rooms Another suggestion would be a small dining table. The location was really great and our host was quick to answer questions when needed.

Nashville Hospitality near it all.
This owner was on his game, Quick responses to any questions. Home is centrally located and short shared ride from it all including Vanderbilt bars, Broadway, Nissan stadium, Tennessee BBQ and the Airport. This home was updated and is located in a Neighborhood that's t very up and coming in the future. The small park and school in the area is typical of the associated noise of the city life. The unit is as described, cleaned, and as always I was happy to support local and stay in a VRBO.
