"I can’t rave about this place enough. It was perfect for me and my family. The pool access right around the corner, the private beach, and awesome playground. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The place had every amenity you ever would need. Loved that we could grill, cook, and do some wash if needed. The place was clean and cozy. Very spacious. "We stayed 5 nights at Shipyard resort which was wonderful. The checkin process and resort facilities were excellent and included bikes and a thoughtful list of provisions for the property, beach towels etc. so would recommend the property. However, they took a deposit on checkin which they said would be released at the end of our stay so not impressed when they charged me on the checkout day. Once home, I had to call them 3 times and sent 2 emails to the manager asking for a refund which were...
