"We arrived late in the evening and was greated very warmly by Karine (probably spelt wrong). She made genuine small talk with me and ended up epgrading our room to have bunk beds for my children. She made their night! The direct and close access to the beach was amazing! The grounds were very well maintained. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked beautiful. "Liked staff very nice. did not like being on a floor with students there for a basketball tournament. Running up and down hall at 10.00pm and 1:30pm. Otherwise our stay would have bee great. Also have not received my bill, receipt."
