Close to everything
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance of all the local shops and resturants but far enough away to have a more relaxed beach experience. This unit was really close to the beach access. The ocean view from the private balcony was very nice. The villa was clean and very comfortable. The exterior and grounds were very well maintained as well. We would definitely book again.

Nice weekend getaway
The condo was big enough for my family of 4 for a short weekend stay. Pool was nice and beach can be seen from our balcony at a distance. This would have been perfect for a couple getaway. I seen alot of reviews about not having a hot shower but the shower temp and pressure was great after we figured out hot was cold. Overall a really nice play to stay

This place has a great location. Close to the beach. The room had everything we needed. The only complaint is the bed is hard. I would recommend upgrading the bed. Other than that it is a great place to stay.

Great weekend getaway
We had no trouble booking this space. We loved the location and ease to the beach. We often stay at Sea Side Villas and liked the updated and clean space. We appreciated the railing for the bunk beds as well as the ladder for the top bunk. The space does not smell musty and all was working well. The glass sliding door to the porch does not lock easily. You have to pick it up and shimmy it. Like others mentioned the hot and cold were reversed in the shower—but easy enough to figure out because we read the reviews. Very minor— We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Perfect for family vacation!
My family really enjoyed our weeklong vacation at this villa! We have 2 younger boys and 1 teenager. The bunks and the pull out sofa worked great for us. The location was perfect. We loved being right on the beach but also having the option of the pool too. The pool was never overcrowded. We loved having our morning coffee on the balcony with a beach view! Would definitely book here again!

So Fun
Great condo with a great location. Condo was clean and bright. Kitchen was small but well equipped. Loved sitting on the balcony having morning coffee or cocktails in the evening. As mentioned in an earlier review, the toilet is very loud and the shower valve was installed wrong. Not big items at all. For people that fly into the area having some additional kitchen items would be great ie: coffee filters, salt and pepper. We would absolutely return to this condo. We truly enjoyed it however we would hope there’s a new bed the next time.

Love the place, very clean
Property owner did not communicate with me when I first made my reservations. No thank you ,nothing until I got in contact with him and ask him questions. I received my information a week prior to my trip. Someone needs to adjust the temperature in the shower. It is way too hot and cannot add any cold to it. I know that’s strange. I’m just afraid it might burn a child taking a shower.

Overall, the unit worked ok for what we needed for the week. There are a few things the owner might want to check on with the property manager. The shower facet isn't installed correctly so getting the right temperature was challenging. The shower water temperature was also an issue, it was either scalding or mildly warm. The toilet was also rather noisy which we found odd. The coffee filter canister is a little broken but easily replaced. We were able to use it fine. The front right burner doesn't work on the stove But these are all things that the owner can have fixed & we don't hold it against our stay. The unit was very clean & pleasant. Having ceiling fans was helpful since the AC unit is in the living room only. The kitchen has plenty of plates etc for cooking and the fridge is a decent size. The owner might consider getting a rolling island since there isn't enough counter space to prep food. I ended up using the dining table at times. The bathroom is well organized and tidy. The living room is a good size but only one couch was comfortable. The other was as hard as a park bench. Fortunately, there are only 3 of us & we could watch TV on one couch. Having a larger dinner table would be nice. The balcony is well suited for 2 to sit outside in the evenings. The bedroom was a bit squished but it was nice to have a queen bed. We're used to a very soft mattress but found this bed to be comfortable. The bunk beds worked for our 8yo and it was nice to have a railing.
