It’s a night shift at an inn so I don’t expect anything from the service, but it was just a pleasant surprise. This guy is clearly proud of his job, likes people and walks life with respect to his work and others. And that’s so nice to see. And Hampton in just never disappoints with the cozy clean rooms. "

The staff are on top of things, reception was easy and efficient, breakfast staff were constantly watching stock as people ate and refilled it wearing gloves if needed. By the time you got up in the morning you could see that housekeeping had already done the floors in the halls and had moved on to regular room cleanings.
