"The outside light was burned out, the bedroom was especially dirty. The fan was covered with so much dust you could not use it. The smoke detectors battery compartments were open with batteries in them so they were not working. The bathroom attached to bedroom had no hot water, tepid at best. The bathroom sink needed 3 lightbulbs there was one. No trash can liners or toilet tissue ( I found a third of a roll). This property is old but it seems to me it should be maintained better. "This is our second time staying with this property group. The home is beautiful and great for our family gathering. The only complaint is the communication with the property manager became nonexistent. We received our check-in information and asked a question about a possible early check-in time and there was no answer. During the stay there was a winter storm warning, roads became hazardous.
