"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."

Was kindly upgraded to a private bathroom too and the 10% discount for the restaurant is a bonus which was excellent food. The woman on reception was very helpful and kind too. "Great spot by the train station. Room small but nice and clean for the 3 of us. Aircon was great in the heat when we stayed. Staff extra helpful. Cooking facilities were great and not too crowded at meal time. Breakfast in the nearby shared hotel was excellent.. kept us going for the day. Would stay here again. We were 1 adult and a 12 and a 14 year old (girls). Highly recommend."

"I loved every part of my stay here. The staff were so kind and helpful. The location was a few minutes away from the more touristy areas so you felt like a local. Super close to multiple breathtaking trails and overlooks. Great for seeing the lake towns and mountain views. "

"Paolo was an amazing host. The B&B is in a fantastic location right off the main road. There are 4 rooms total, each one is decorated with unique antiques and artwork that Paolo has collected. Paolo gave us great recommendations for what to see in town. During breakfast we had a wonderful meal, and spent over an hour talking with Paolo about many interesting topics, from travel to politics. He is an architect and has done the renovation to this house himself, and is working on several other...
