"Excellent Ryokan that has been well maintained and cared for given its long history. The old facility is evident and yet despite that, provided a cosy stay. The host was extremely warm and welcoming and showed the hospitality as one would expect from a traditional Ryokan passed down from decades old. "We thought the staff were so accommodating. Nothing was a problem. We asked to cancel our Japanese breakfast and they applied the cost as a credit toward our dinner meal, which was excellent. Provided an extra pillow and always had fresh towels for the onsen. They also helped with directions to various places we visited. Beautiful view of the river from where you sit in the onsen. Arigatogozaimasu!"
