"I liked #20 because it was on ground floor. I shared this suite of 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a kitchen with a friend. We made our own breakfast with cereals and fruit which was just fine. 5 minute walk to the Abbey. The place is an excellent value. "

"1 night business stay. The property is an older property with creaky floorboards and a few stairs internally between various levels. The room was nicely presented and the bathroom had a large walk in shower, everything was very clean and comfortable. There was tea/coffee making facilities in the room and TV on the wall. "I didn't receive any instructions for self check in until I called the letting agent. The property is dark and dingy. It smelled damp and was cluttered with unnecessary furniture (large sofa foot stool, 4 armchairs, 4chairs, fridge freezer & non working fridge, for a double room). "we were re-imbursed the cleaning money. The property was disgusting. Hair in beds, foot particles on range, on kitchen floor and dinning area. The condition of the property was more in tune with a hostel rather than a house for a family. The list of things that need to be fixed is to long. From patio doors that didn't close to stair banister hanging off the wall. There was only 1/4 toilet roll in the house for two toilets. We had to wash the sheets before we could sleep in the beds."
