"Fabulous hotel! Very cheeky of the hotel charging £15 for parking though when we could stay free on the road as we later found out or get 15 hours at sainsburys for just 0.49p! Felt that was very disingenuous of them. "

"View was great and good selection of food for breakfast. Great location if going to theatre. Was hoping for selection of hot chocolate option in room and for breakfast. Sound proofing could be better as could hear people coughing and talking in the room next door. Thought there would be a fridge in the room and would have better selection of TV channels"

"This hotel is amazing value, lovely rooms & the best service. From check in the service couldn't have been better, the guy on reception was so friendly & welcoming. Room was spot on too had a great sleep. The young lad on breakfast service is a credit to the hotel, didnt get his name unfortunately but everyone in our party agreed he deserves recognition for what a great job he does. "

"The staff were very helpful and accommodating, if we asked for a taxi service or the room cleaned they would respond quickly. The room was very well matched for the price we were paying, overall it was very clean and has enough supplies for a couple days then we would get the room cleaned. It had a rainfall shower aswell as a normal shower but there wasn’t enough pressure to make the rainfall shower work properly which was a shame but that’s only a small thing "

"Typical Holiday inn express with all the basic amenities. cost £98 per night with £9 for parking outside the front door. We were booked striaght in without a wait and allocated a top floor room at the back as we requested. Hotel seems well used and is a little tired. The bed was comfortable but the Aircon did not seem to work and the window had a broken catch which let in some cold air and the roadnoise, Breakfast was average. Handy for North London venues."

"Stayed here for a week while moving between properties. The apartment is located perfectly in the centre of St. Alban's, ideal for access to all local attractions. It is nice and spacious inside - and very reasonably priced. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any queries which was much appreciated.However there were 1 or 2 dissappitning issues - some that could be improved and others that are inherent limitations with the property. "The apartments are spotlessly clean. The support team of both cleaners and maintenance men on site and the call centre are fantastic. The security of the car park and building itself are outstanding. The electrical appliances (fridge, dishwasher, hob, washing machine, dishwasher etc etc) are all brand new and premium/ recognised brands.. SMEG, Hotpoint etc...
