"While this property is clearly showing its age, the service and amenities offered were wonderful. Checkin was quick and efficient, with lots of information provided. We had to change rooms during the stay, and front desk helpfully placed us in rooms side by side for an easy move. The room furnishings and common areas are showing their age, but everything was very clean. Access to green space outside, as well as the BBQs and firepit were great. "Plates cups and glasses were available as well as some silverware. Tea and coffee provided for the first few days. Dishwashing liquid and shampoo and soap etc was all there and good quality. The gym was adequate with cardio equipment, weights and a pulley station. The room felt a bit tight bc and the AC unit took up a lot of space on the floor. No closet space as the only closet was locked."

"The parking situation on the first nighr wasn't great. There were no spots available for either street parking or behind the building as indicated in the pre-checkin communication, which led to needing to call to get access to underground parking below the building. "

"We loved the parking garage, convenient and safe. With no housekeeping services all week, the floor seemed dirty after a few days. We didn't wear our hiking shoes in the unit and cleaned off other shoes. Our unit was warm and stuffy overnight, ceiling fan helped because the A/C unit was noisy. The kitchen is very nice, loved the full sized appliances. We enjoyed Canmore for its slower pace than Banff. "

"Nothing was unique it was too messy place with bugs and insects on the floor. My 3 year old daughter did not step on the floor and called it a scary place. The cabin number 41 which we stayed in did not match any Canadian hotel standards. All windows with different curtains, spider webs all around and dirty sofa with a big hole in it. Unfortunately we booked with expedia and they did not make this clear so we had to call back to the UK to get details.
