"I didnt check in till after 4am due my flight delay and sorting my baggage loss and i still had to check out at 12pm...missed breakfast that was already paid for. I just dont feel like i got my money's worth. No late check out was offered. Staff was short and uncaring."

"The location is convenient, but the dirtiness and rudeness of the staff doesn't make it worthy. Everything is filthy, mold and dust, and stains in bed covers (new ones,not cleaned). It is not cheap and in my opinion it's not worth it. It is one of the filthiest places I've ever been and I am use to travel all around the world.I wouldn't recommend it. "

"This property was adequate for my stay in Porto. Located in a great area and easy to walk to most attractions. The apartment itself could benefit from an overall deep cleaning and some updating of furniture. Ex. Mattress, couch. I had an issue with the shower drain. Although, the host was quick to reply, the repair wasn’t enough and issue continued throughout my stay. "I enjoyed the luggage lockers that were very large and conveniently opened with the key card. I liked the insuite bathrooms; things felt private. I thought the beds were comfortable although the bottom bunk did have a bit of a low roof. The rooftop bar is nice and the dinners are cheap. Overall great experience. "
